1. Who We Are
maxim88casino.com ("we", "us", "this site") is an independent affiliate review site focused on live casino games for Malaysian players. We are not the official Maxim88 website and we do not accept deposits, run wagers, or hold player accounts. Our role is to review operators, games, and providers, and — where relevant — pass visitors to the operator's own registration pages via tracked affiliate links.
2. What Data We Collect

These are rotated and retained per Cloudflare's policy.
We do not operate comment forms, user accounts, newsletter sign-ups, or payment processing on this site. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies
The only cookies set by this site are from Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*). These are used to distinguish unique visitors and measure traffic. You can disable them by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using a browser extension, or opting out via Google's opt-out add-on.
Cloudflare may set technical cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) for bot-protection and performance. These are not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Affiliate Links and Redirects
All outbound links to operator registration pages on this site (URLs starting with /go/) are affiliate links. If you register through one of these links and subsequently make a deposit, the operator may pay us a commission. This never affects the bonus, odds, or terms you receive — your experience with the operator is identical whether you click our link or visit them directly.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS preload, a strong Content-Security-Policy, and standard security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy). We hold no payment data, passwords, or personal accounts.
8. Updates to This Policy
If we change what we collect, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Substantial changes will also be flagged via a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
